We are seeking a Flemish speaking representative to join our veterinary services team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about animal care and committed to providing exceptional support to clients.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to veterinary services, appointments, and animal care.
- Provide information about available services, pricing, and schedules to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately to ensure internal records are up-to-date.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, striving for a quick resolution.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to address client concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and veterinary services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine passion for animals and a willingness to assist customers in understanding their veterinary needs.
