Veterinary Services Ambassador

As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing vital information and support that contributes to the well-being of pets and enhances client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support in French, assisting clients with inquiries about veterinary services and products.
- Handle appointment scheduling, follow-up inquiries, and resolve any concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff and other departments to ensure comprehensive support for pet owners.
- Stay informed about veterinary services, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Engage customers proactively, providing them with timely updates and information about their inquiries or appointments.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and veterinary services.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in veterinary or healthcare-related fields, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and records.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and understanding of veterinary services is a plus.
