Veterinary Services Liaison

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Veterinary Services Liaison to join their team. As a liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients seeking veterinary services.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to veterinary services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay informed about veterinary services and products through ongoing training and education.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for animal welfare and dedication to customer service.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Strong desire to learn about veterinary services and care.
