Veterinary Services Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Veterinary Services Department.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries related to veterinary services, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and veterinary staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking clients.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service information, and general questions about pet care.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the system to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to relay important information and address client needs efficiently.
- Stay updated on veterinary services and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Promote a positive and caring environment through empathetic and clear communication.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A strong passion for animal care and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
