Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to clients regarding veterinary services and products.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to pet health, appointment scheduling, and service offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about veterinary services and products, including preventative care and treatment options.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to address client concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest veterinary services and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and demonstrate empathy towards clients and their pets.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
