Veterinary Customer Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and passionate German speaking customer service representative to join our team in the veterinary services department.
This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to pet owners and veterinary professionals while promoting animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat addressing their inquiries related to veterinary services and products.
- Assist customers with booking appointments, managing their pets' health records, and understanding available services.
- Educate clients about veterinary care options, treatments, and preventative measures for their pets.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to resolve complex inquiries and provide timely information to clients.
- Maintain knowledge of animal health practices and departmental policies to offer accurate guidance to clients.
- Document all customer interactions carefully and contribute to improvement initiatives within the department.
To excel in this role you will require:
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service preferably in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for animals and knowledge of veterinary services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy.
