We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary services team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking pet owners seeking assistance and information about veterinary services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to veterinary services, appointments, and pet healthcare.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and answering questions regarding services offered.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the system for effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay important information and ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Stay informed on veterinary services and animal care practices to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
- Engage with pet owners to understand their needs and concerns, offering empathy and support throughout their interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of veterinary services and improve customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish, with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in veterinary or healthcare settings, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassion-oriented mindset when dealing with pet owners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine passion for animal care and the ability to connect with pet owners empathetically.
