Dedicated Animal Care Representative for Veterinary Services

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to offer an engaging opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the Veterinary Services Department. If you are passionate about animal care and providing exemplary customer service, this role is perfect for you. You will assist Dutch-speaking clients by answering inquiries related to veterinary services, helping to ensure the best care and support for their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to Dutch-speaking clients regarding veterinary services via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and process service requests effectively.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach when interacting with pet owners.
- Accurately document customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with veterinary professionals to provide accurate information and resolve client issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of services and improve customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong interest in animal welfare and veterinary services.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a caring attitude towards pets and their owners.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
