Flemish Speaking Hotel Reservation Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to Flemish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, including processing requests, confirming bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, working closely with hotel personnel to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
