Dutch Speaking Hotel Reservation Agent
">We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch speaking hotel reservation agent to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by assisting them with their hotel reservations and inquiries.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service in Dutch to ensure that guests have the best possible experience from the moment they first contact us until they arrive at their hotel.
- Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, always striving to exceed their expectations.
- Utilize the hotel management system to maintain updated records of customer interactions and reservations.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance guest experiences.
- Stay informed about hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
- Engage in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or travel, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
