Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations, while also addressing inquiries and resolving issues regarding accommodations and services.
To ensure seamless interactions, you will maintain a warm and professional demeanor, accurately document customer interactions, and collaborate with team members to meet performance standards and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
