Patrique Mercier Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team. As a key player in the Hotel Reservations and Hospitality Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities, and processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-class customer service to Spanish-speaking customers regarding hotel reservations and services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision and speed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure the highest level of service and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Stay informed about hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
