Hotel Reservation Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers seeking assistance with hotel bookings and inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service in German, assisting guests with hotel reservations, inquiries, and modifications.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
- Collaborate with hotel partners and internal teams to facilitate reservations and address any related issues.
- Stay informed about hotel services, events, and promotions to provide customers with relevant information.
- Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries and ensuring all their needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your service skills and industry knowledge.
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with customers effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
