Hotel Reservation Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hotel Reservations and Hospitality Department. As a German-speaking representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to hotel clients, handling inquiries, booking modifications, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone and email.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, inquiries, and special requests.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay informed about hotel offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
