We are seeking a skilled Reservation Manager to oversee our hotel's reservations operations. This key position requires an individual with expertise in managing reservations, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Pricing Strategy: Manage pricing strategies and yield management processes to enhance profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, while training, mentoring, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest service and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to promote hotel packages and drive bookings.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze booking patterns and market trends to support operational decisions.
  • Reporting: Run daily reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners to drive loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Reservations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and yield management practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret booking data.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in Greek and English.
