Hospitality Expert for Hotel Reservations

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Italian speaking customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our guests.
Job Description- Provide top-notch customer support in Italian to guests with hotel reservations, inquiries, and requests.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure reservation entries are completed and updated in the system.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and promotions to offer comprehensive assistance to guests.
- Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry, is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the mindset to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for travel and hospitality, with a willingness to learn about the latest trends and services.
