Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hotel Reservations and Hospitality Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the travel industry and dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
- Manage Bookings and Confirmations: Handle bookings and confirmations while ensuring all customer needs are met throughout the reservation process.
- Address Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, providing comprehensive information to enhance their stay.
- Handle Complaints: Address any complaints or issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Knowledge of Hotel Policies: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document Customer Interactions: Document all customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Hotel Staff: Work closely with hotel staff and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reservation systems and customer service software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
