Hotel Reservation Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Offer high-quality customer service to clients while resolving any issues that may arise during the hotel reservation process.
- Assist customers with inquiries about accommodations, travel-related services, and hotel facilities.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, availability, and company offerings to help clients make informed decisions.
- Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively.
