As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our hotel reservations and hospitality department. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for travel and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This role involves providing outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Expertise : Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Booking and Modification : Assist customers with booking and modifying their hotel reservations and specials.
- Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping : Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the company's CRM system.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Stay Informed : Stay updated on current promotions, local attractions, and property-specific information to assist guests effectively.
- Creating a Welcoming Experience : Create a welcoming and positive experience for customers throughout their interaction with the service team.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
