Excellent Customer Service Opportunity for Dutch Speakers
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional assistance to Dutch-speaking clients in the hotel reservations and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Dutch and English, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, inquiries about services, and changes to existing bookings.
- Provide information on hotel amenities, rates, and special promotions effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with hotel partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in basic computer applications.
