Dutch Speaking Airline Reservation Customer Service Representative

Job DescriptionThis role involves providing outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries related to airline reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
