- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about airline services.

- Document all customer interactions accurately in relevant systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve complaints effectively.
