Customer Service Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch speaking customer service representative in the airline reservations department.

In this pivotal role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, bookings and reservations ensuring a seamless experience as they plan their journeys. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch assisting clients with airline reservations flight changes and travel inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the reservations system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve booking issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep updated on flight schedules services and policies to provide customers with accurate information and options.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to elucidate travel policies and procedures to customers clearly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge within the airline industry.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory along with strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service particularly in the travel or airline industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a talent for engaging and supporting customers effectively.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
  • A genuine interest in travel and commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
