- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or requests promptly.
- Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel guidelines to provide up-to-date assistance.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
