Responsibilities","
  • Assist German-speaking customers with airline reservations, changes, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.","
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, promotions, and itineraries.","
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies.","
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction.","
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the airline's services and operational procedures to assist customers effectively.","
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.","
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex reservations and improve customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.","
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or airline industry.","
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.","
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.","
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.","
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.","
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the airline's operational needs.
