The daily tasks involve responding to customer requests, entering information into our system, explaining rules and procedures, processing refunds, and explaining applicable fees and taxes.
We seek applicants with:
- High level of fluency in Swedish
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
- Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus
- The ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
- Complete relocation support, including flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, and house searching process assistance
