As a flight ambassador, you will be the face of Singapore Airlines, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your fluency in French and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels
- Entering customer information into our system to issue tickets or update records
- Providing clear explanations of rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
- Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
- Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
Requirements:
- High level of fluency in French
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
- Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus
- The ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
