In this role, you will be part of a vibrant team responsible for assisting customers with their travel plans, reservations, and inquiries in the fast-paced airline industry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support in German, assisting customers with airline reservations, ticketing, and inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns, ensuring a positive experience throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers in understanding travel policies, fare rules, and itinerary options with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and technical teams, to address complex customer issues and ensure effective resolutions.
- Stay informed about flight schedules, promotions, and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
