Our company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to support German-speaking customers in navigating their travel experiences and providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting chance for the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for serving German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding service and ensuring they receive comprehensive information and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, offering exceptional service and support.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and address general inquiries about travel services.
- Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, packages, and company offerings, and documenting customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
