Travel Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking customer service representative. This role is perfect for those who are fluent in German and have a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support: Provide outstanding service to german-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Book travel packages: Assist customers in understanding and booking travel and tour packages tailored to their preferences.
- Resolve customer inquiries: Effectively address any issues related to bookings, cancellations, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for continuity and follow-up.
- Collaborate with teams: Work with travel coordinators and other teams to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
- Stay updated on travel options: Stay current on travel options, trends, and promotional offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Fluency in German and English: Proficiency in both languages is essential, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.
- Customer service experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset are necessary.
- Organizational skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- CRM systems and computer applications: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications is required.
