As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans. You will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails, as well as managing reservations, special requests, and complaints.

Our ideal candidate has excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Swedish, as well as good communication skills in English. They are also able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong problem-solving skills.
