Customer Support Specialist in Greece

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support specialist to join our team in Greece. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with their queries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring an outstanding user experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management for resolution.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
