Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for those who enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences and are passionate about providing top-notch support to clients with subscription inquiries.

  • Provide expert customer support to clients concerning subscription services through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with questions about subscription plans, billing inquiries, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service processes and address complex issues.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, updates, and promotions related to subscription services.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based or SaaS industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
