Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Online Travel Department in Athens. As a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat channels.

You will assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, provide information on travel options, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Your responsibilities will also include documenting customer interactions accurately to improve service quality, collaborating effectively with team members, and participating in ongoing training to stay informed about travel products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a love for travel.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
