- Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the company's CRM system for effective record-keeping.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service quality and share best practices for customer engagement.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for the travel industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
