Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a unique opportunity for professionals to join the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the hospitality sector, this role is perfect for you.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients with their hotel reservations, inquiries, and any special requests they may have. You will be part of a dynamic team that puts customer satisfaction first and helps create unforgettable stays for guests.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking guests through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, inquiries, and modifications to reservations.
- Ensure a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records of reservations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet goals.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, available services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues in a positive and effective manner.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
