Flemish Speaking Customer Support Role for Food Delivery Service
We are seeking a Flemish speaking customer support representative to join our team in the food delivery service department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients with their food delivery inquiries.
Job Description- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish speaking clients regarding food delivery services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, delivery details, menu selections, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups appropriately.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Inform clients about new menu items, special offers, and company policies.
- Gather customer feedback to support quality improvement initiatives in the service department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the food or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
