We are seeking a highly skilled Flemish speaking customer service representative to join our team in the Health and Wellness Products Department.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Flemish speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about health and wellness products, including product features, benefits, and suitability.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in health and wellness to provide expert assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service quality is enhanced.
- Foster a positive customer experience by actively listening and addressing customer concerns.
- Flemish fluency, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness products and a passion for helping customers.
