Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated Flemish speaking customer support professional to join our Online Marketplace Platform team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual with a passion for e-commerce and excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to our Flemish-speaking clients. This role involves providing support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, as well as assisting customers with inquiries about product listings, order processing, payment issues, and returns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Flemish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
