As a skilled Subscription Support Representative, you will provide top-notch service to Flemish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer support for subscription-based services through multi-channel communication.

- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.

- Keep customers informed about subscription updates, promotional offers, and feature enhancements.
- Gather feedback from customers to support continuous improvement in services and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription or service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
