Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm for electronics and technology.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
