Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for this role.

- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
