German Language Customer Service Specialist for Consumer Electronics

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics repair and warranty claims via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product warranties, repair processes, and warranty terms.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams and service providers to facilitate timely repairs and solutions.
- Educate clients about available services and guide them through the repair and claims process.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technical support field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
