German Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German speaking customer support representative to join our Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department.

This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in German and have a passion for technology and customer service. As a German speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding repair and warranty inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers in processing warranty claims and coordinating repair services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and update customers on their repair status.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about industry developments and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in consumer electronics, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
