Job Description

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients seeking repair services and warranty claims via phone, email, and chat. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for technology and customer service will make all the difference in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding repair services and warranty claims.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries about product issues, repair processes, and warranty coverage.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues related to consumer electronics.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and provide insights into the warranty process.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or electronics sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
