Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German speaking representative to join our team in the dynamic field of consumer electronics.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in German, providing timely solutions to customer inquiries and issues related to consumer electronics. Your expertise and friendly approach will help customers get the most out of their electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer support in German for inquiries related to consumer electronics
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to customer problems
- Assist customers with product features, specifications, and usage
- Document customer interactions in detail for follow-up and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer electronics sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Competitive Salary by Greek standards
