Electronic Support Specialist

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers? Do you have a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills? We are currently looking for a skilled German-speaking customer service representative to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
- Provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to electronic products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services to offer accurate guidance and support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and service updates.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a diverse and dynamic setting.
