Customer Support Representative for Consumer Electronics Repair

Job Description:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries about repair processes, warranty claims, and product issues.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through technical issues with empathy and clear communication.
- Document customer interactions for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferable.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and repair processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
