Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative

At the forefront of exceptional customer service, we are seeking a talented Spanish-speaking representative to join our Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. If you have a passion for technology and delivering top-notch support, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding repairs and warranty claims, troubleshoot issues, guide customers through return and repair processes, document customer interactions, and educate customers on warranty policies and repair timelines. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, make you an ideal candidate for this position.
The successful candidate will have fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, as well as previous experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this role, along with a basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics. Team players with a proactive and positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to changing systems and processes, are highly valued in our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish regarding repairs and warranty claims
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through return and repair processes
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Educate customers on warranty policies and repair timelines
- Collaborate with repair teams to facilitate efficient service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing systems and processes
- Valid EU passport or ID
