We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity involves providing top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries related to dating and social networking apps, providing clear and concise answers to their questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, utilizing key performance indicators to measure success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and relevant industry trends, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with a passion for helping others.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly for apps or online services, is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
